Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the following countries and cities: Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, USA, Canada, France, Germany, UK, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, and China. For cities or countries not listed, please email our customer service at info@nougatlondon.com for inquiries.

International shipping fees: The buyer is responsible for the shipping fees, which will be collected upon delivery. The shipping fees are subject to the latest charges from the courier company.

How can I enjoy free shipping?

Free shipping service is available for orders over HK$500.00.

Does NOUGAT offer any promotions or discount codes?

We regularly hold sales and promotional activities. You may subscribe to our newsletter and follow our social media pages to receive the latest offers and information.

When will my order be shipped?

We process orders and ship them from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Standard delivery orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days after placing the order. The shipping schedule is subject to the latest product arrangements.

Where does NOUGAT ship from?

We ship from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

- Delivery usually takes 1-14 business days for Hong  Kong and Macau; and

- 7-21 business days for international shipping. However, please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the destination's postal service and customs department, and delays may occur.

Package tracking:

For Hong Kong and Macau, you can track your package through SF Express with the waybill number on the website: https://www.sf-express.com/hk/en/

For international orders, you will receive the tracking number via email.

Do I need to pay customs fees and/or tariffs for my package?

After the package arrives at the destination country / region, you may need to pay import taxes, tariffs, and customs fees, as well as handling fees. The buyer is responsible for all the above-mentioned additional fees, please note that NOUGAT will not be responsible for import taxes, tariffs, and customs fees.

Can NOUGAT send my package as a "gift" or mark the item's value lower?

It is legally required to declare the actual value and content of each package for international shipping.
